Klunkers.ca – Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Klunkers.ca website (hereinafter referred to as “Klunkers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Nature of Products:
Klunkers.ca specializes in print-on-demand clothing and accessories. Each item is custom-printed specifically for you upon order placement.
All Sales Final — No Refunds or Exchanges:
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Incorrect size selection by the customer. Please carefully review the size charts provided on each product page before placing your order.
- Change of mind.
- Dissatisfaction with the design (unless it deviates significantly from the product image due to a printing error).
- Slight variations in color due to differences in monitor calibrations.
Exceptions — Errors and Misprints:
The only exception to our “All Sales Final” policy is in the case of errors or misprints in the product received. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Significant misprints or defects in the design.
- Incorrect item received (different product than ordered).
- Damaged product upon arrival due to manufacturing defects.
Handling Errors and Misprints:
In the event of an error or misprint, we adhere to the return policy of our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Please refer to Printful’s Return Policy for detailed information on eligibility, procedures, and timelines: https://www.printful.com/ca/policies/returns
Specifically, to initiate a claim for an error or misprint, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following information:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the issue (error or misprint).
- Photographic evidence of the defect or error.
- We will review your claim and, if approved, will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return process, in accordance with Printful’s Return Policy.
- You may be required to return the defective item to Printful.
- Upon verification of the error or misprint, we will, at our discretion, either:
- Issue a replacement of the same item.
- Issue a refund for the purchase price of the item.
- Issue a store credit for the same amount.
Important Considerations:
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the issue is not due to an error or misprint on our (Printful’s) part.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care or use of the product.
- This Refund Policy is subject to change without notice. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your order.
- MOST IMPORTANTLY: I’m not a true retail outlet. I’m just Klunky D, a dude who thought it would be fun to unleash some Klunker-themed clothing, caps and other stuff into our community. I’m using industry-standard e-commerce software and a reputable print-on-demand company whose products I know and trust. This is all on my dime, with the goal of covering my costs and paying for the hosting and domain fees for this site.
